Choose and buy the voucher
Select the experience you want to give — Costa Adeje 3h or Masca 6h — and complete your purchase online. You will receive the voucher immediately by email.
Give the voucher
The voucher can be printed or sent digitally. It has no expiry date, so the person receiving it can redeem it whenever suits them best.
Book the date and enjoy
To redeem the voucher, simply contact us by phone or WhatsApp, confirm availability and come to Puerto Colón on the day of departure. We will take care of the rest.

Do the vouchers have an expiry date?
No. Big Smile Charters gift vouchers do not expire. The person receiving the voucher can redeem it at any time, subject to availability on the chosen date.
How many people is each voucher valid for?
Each voucher is valid for one person. If you want to give the experience to a group, you can purchase several vouchers. Children up to 2 years old go free, and children aged 2 to 9 receive a 50% discount.
How do I redeem the voucher?
To redeem the voucher, you must contact us in advance by phone or WhatsApp to confirm availability for your chosen date and time. Once your place is confirmed, you only need to come to the Puerto Colón dock in Costa Adeje at the agreed time.
What is the difference between the two vouchers?
The Discover Costa Adeje voucher is a 3-hour trip focused on whale and dolphin watching along the Costa Adeje coastline, with three daily departures available. The Discover Masca voucher is the most complete experience: a 6-hour sailing trip to Los Gigantes and Masca Bay, with cetacean watching, swimming and one daily departure.
What catering is included with the voucher?
All vouchers include catering on board: snacks, fruit, cava, water and soft drinks throughout the boat trip. No additional costs.
